I believe in God (Credo)    

1) I believe in God, who is love,
the maker and sustainer of the earth, sea and sky.
Our God goes along with us through sorrow and pain.
And it's God who hears us laugh and cry.
And I will believe, 'cause I want to believe,
oh I do believe in the Trinity.
And I will believe, 'cause I want to believe,
oh I do believe in the Trinity.

2) I believe in Christ who came to heal,
and to free us all from suffering and pain.
When he rose on the third day from the tomb,
life had won, condemnation was in vain.
And I will believe, 'cause I want to believe,
oh I do believe in the Trinity.
And I will believe, 'cause I want to believe,
oh I do believe in the Trinity.

3) I believe in the Spirit, Jesus brought to our world,
a community of faith.
And through all our doubts we share bread and wine:
God blesses us with grace.
I believe in God, who is love.
I believe in Christ sharing bread and wine.
I believe in the Spirit who works through us.
I, Oh I believe.
