Remember thy servants, Lord    

Ref.: Remember thy servants, Lord,
when cometh thy glorious reign.

1) Blessed are the poor in spirit;
for the heavenly Kingdom is theirs.

2) Blessed are they that do mourn;
for their Lord shall wipe away their tears.

3) Blessed in Him are the meek;
for their heritage shall be the earth.

4) Blessed are they that seek righteousness;
in that great day their trust shall be quenched.

5) Blessed are they that show mercy;
for God shall be merciful unto them.

6) Blessed are the pure in heart;
for in that day shall they see their God.

7) Blessed are they that make peace;
for they shall be called children of God.

8) Blessed those who suffer for Him;
the righteous own the kingdom of heav'n.

9) Blessed ye whom men revile;
this world shall persecute you for me.

10) Rejoice, be ye glad in God;
for in heaven great is your reward.
